About our founder: Rebekah Hayward

As a Mixed Black, Indo-Caribbean, and White woman living with Crohn’s disease, issues of belonging, representation and inclusion have always been deeply personal to me. From a young age, I was fascinated by what true inclusion looks like and understood that equity is essential to creating justice for the rich diversity of humanity.

My life experiences, combined with a genuine passion for learning about inclusion, extensive educational qualifications, and years of hands-on work in EDI, have shaped my mission: to make equity, diversity, and inclusion actionable and meaningful.

The Inclusion Edit is the embodiment of that mission. Through this platform, I share my expertise through our inclusion resource platform, training, consultancy and more to empower organisations and individuals to move from intention to impact, building workplaces and communities where everyone can truly belong.
