The Inclusion Edit Foundation Programme

The Inclusion Edit Foundation Programme provides fully funded membership, which includes access to our Inclusion Resource Hub for a small number of charities and non-profit organisations each year.  We recognise that many organisations doing vital community work are often the most resource-stretched. Through this programme, we widen access to high-quality, practical inclusion tools, ensuring that budget is not a barrier to building more inclusive practice.

Making Inclusion Accessible Where It Matters Most

Who Is Our Programme For?

We prioritise organisations that:

  • Serve marginalised or underrepresented communities

  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to advancing equity

  • Are ready to actively engage with and apply the resources

  • Are open to learning and reflecting on their inclusion practice

  • Seek to create meaningful, lasting impact in their organisation and community

Innovation

What Foundation Programme Organisations Receive

Selected organisations receive:

  • 12 months’ full access to The Inclusion Resource Hub

  • Practical tools, templates, and structured guidance

  • Ongoing resource updates

  • A clear framework for embedding inclusion sustainably

We intentionally keep the number of Foundation Programme places limited to ensure meaningful engagement and impact.

Our Commitment

The Foundation Programme reflects our long-term commitment to strengthening inclusive practice across sectors. We believe inclusion should not be limited to organisations with large budgets, it must reach the community-led spaces where it can make the biggest difference. By providing practical tools, structured guidance, and dedicated support, we aim to empower charities and non-profits to embed sustainable inclusion, amplify the voices of those often overlooked, and create lasting impact in the communities they serve.
